BDF had SBR physicochemical and biological treatment facilities which required increasing their capacity. After conducting a detailed pilot test, the MBR solution was determined to be the best option, in this case using KOCH PURON submerged membranes.
Subsequently, BDF commissioned a second expansion to triple the treatment capacity for which new SIGMADAF physico-chemical treatment equipment was installed, a new biological reactor and the MBR system was expanded.
